AppOne Global Market Dashboard 1.0
An evidence-first market-intelligence workstation. It separates what is verified from what is merely reported — and when the evidence will not carry a conclusion, it withholds the number and tells you why.
- Evidence-first, fail-closed
- Multi-asset coverage
- Full audit & replay
- Role-based governance
The problem with a confident number
Most market tools answer every question. Ask about the impact of an announcement and you get a figure — whether or not the underlying evidence justifies one. The number looks the same when it rests on a primary release as when it rests on a single hedged wire report, a stale price, or a model that has drifted outside the range it was calibrated for.
This workstation is built on the opposite instinct. A displayed price, a source-backed fact, an observed market reaction, a historical association and a conditional scenario are five different kinds of thing. Each is labelled, stored, permissioned and presented differently. And when the evidence, the data, the model or policy will not support a conclusion, the system withholds it and states the reason rather than inventing a plausible one.
States, not vibes
Every assessment carries a state that was earned by the pipeline, not assigned by hand: Verified, Reported, Disputed, Corrected, Retracted or Stale. Alongside them sit the honest refusals — impact withheld: insufficient comparable history, surprise not comparable, pending qualified human review. State colours never encode price direction, so a glance never implies a trade.
Evidence you can open
Claims are tied to byte-exact spans in the source document. Artifacts are immutable and hashed, so a quiet edit cannot pass unnoticed, and a correction never overwrites: a new version supersedes the old one, the assessment is re-published, and anyone previously alerted is told. Every published number carries a manifest of which checks passed and which failed, so it can be replayed and explained months later.
Built for the desk it sits on
A scan grid across every instrument, a global dashboard by session, an events calendar with pre-staged scenarios, a news tape with publisher tier and receipt lag, alerts, a screener, research notes, watchlists and paper trading — with a right-hand inspector that always answers in the same order: what happened, what the market did, what comparable history shows, and only then what might follow.
Evidence you can audit, not answers you must trust
Every claim carries its evidence
Facts are tied to byte-exact spans in an immutable, hashed source document. You can always open the original that a number came from.
It withholds rather than guesses
When evidence, data, model eligibility or policy will not support a conclusion, the figure is withheld with its reason. An absent number is never shown as zero or neutral.
States, not vibes
Verified, Reported, Disputed, Corrected, Retracted and Stale are distinct, earned states — and their colours never encode price direction.
History, honestly bounded
Comparable-event studies show sample size, exclusions and dataset version. Too few genuinely comparable events and the history is withheld rather than stretched.
Uncertainty as a vector
Evidence, data, history, calibration, regime and freshness are reported separately, never collapsed into a single opaque confidence score.
Corrections that propagate
A correction never overwrites. A new version supersedes the old, the assessment re-publishes, and everyone previously alerted is told.
Governance built in
Roles and entitlements, a source allow-list with rights and revocation, a model registry, kill switches, a review queue and an append-only audit log.
Reproducible by design
Every published assessment records which checks passed and failed, so any number can be replayed and explained long after the event.

Why it is built this way
- A sequence of gates decides whether a conclusion may be published at all, and each one records its verdict for inspection
- Sources are allow-listed with rights and revocation enforced before anything is read, and quarantined sources are refused outright
- Publisher text is treated as untrusted: instruction-like content inside a source is isolated and cannot steer the system
- High-severity scenarios route to qualified human review, and the person who created one cannot approve it
- Narratives are templates over validated objects, checked against a language policy for false certainty, causal overreach and advice
- Nothing is ever deleted — corrections and retractions supersede, and the evidence ledger is append-only

Frequently asked questions
Is this investment advice, or a trading system?
Neither. It is a product and technology implementation that presents evidence, states and clearly-labelled conditional scenarios. It makes no recommendations, and nothing it produces is investment, legal or regulatory advice. Your obligations around market-data licensing, retention and communications depend on your entity, users and jurisdictions.
Does it connect to a live market feed?
This release ships with a simulated feed so it can be demonstrated without a licensed subscription. Every quote is permanently labelled and can never be presented as real-time or executable. Connecting your licensed feed is an integration we scope with you.
Can it place trades?
No. There is deliberately no execution capability. Paper trading is simulation only, labelled on every surface, and fills only against a valid simulated quote.
Why does it sometimes show nothing at all?
That is the feature, not a fault. A withheld figure with a stated reason — insufficient comparable history, a basis mismatch, a stale price, a model outside calibration — is more useful, and far safer, than a confident number the evidence does not support.
Can we see how a particular number was produced?
Yes. Every published assessment carries a record of which checks passed and failed, the evidence it drew on and the version of every input, so it can be replayed and explained months later.
What do we need to run it?
A Windows PC for each user and a database server, either on your network or a local instance. We install and configure it with you, including your instrument master, source allow-list and user roles.
